Hello there
Yes HBlogger works with the new Blogger. Once you migrate your old
Blogger account over to the new one, you will have a Google ID
attached to the Blogger account. That is what you want to use for the
login. The key is not to make the same mistake I first did. I left off
the '@...' (without quotes) portion of my Google ID and was not
able to connect until I added that. We will be looking into what the
permanent URL needs to be as you'll notice the address below has
'bets' in it so it may change. For now this URL definitely works.

Here are the settings you need:
Account Name: whatever you want
Type: Blogger
URL: http://beta.blogger.com/api/RPC2
Login: Full Google ID INCLUDING '@...' (without the quotes)
Password: whatever your password for Google is
