After checking out 8 different venues, the following have the date and time available as of last week. Since we moved our date to a Saturday the availability of space is limited, We have the following three choices
Ilikai
Dole cannery
Prince Kuhio
The costs are similar to previous years in the range of $35 to $40 depending on what menu is selected.
I went and looked at the Dole Cannery Ball room. It is large and can accommodate up to 300 people. We have all been to the other two locations. Prince Kuhio was the site for last years Banquet.
I would like to propose the following sites in order of preference
- Dole Cannery (DC) They have High Tech. Projection Screen in the ball room that comes with the room.
- Ilikai (IL)
- Prince Kuhio(PK)
I would like to get your feed back by tomorrow as we may run out of options soon.
