I wouldn't worry about it. What someone should have done was mention he
should have gone to IBM for help. But chances are he's running an illegal
copy of the software and is thus, asking US for help because he doesn't
want to step on Big Iron's toes.
The BEST thing I'd suggest is just IGNORE the off-topic posts rather than
attempting to answer them.
