And what does "properly" mean in this context? The text clearly says that you
are not allowed to install or use the Program on all machines that implement the
64-bit z/Arch, just the ones that do it "properly". So it is of interest to
understand what is meant by the word. (Just academic to me, I am not a VM
user).
