You can use the daily digest delivery option. That way, you get an email once a day, containing all the posts from that day. The digest is in plain vanilla text.

Or, you can use the individual emails option. That way, you get several emails a day or none on a given day (depending on how much I post to HipSmart) that appear in a nice little HTML email wrapper.
