Hey Bob,

As I know there is not providence to hide the objects under the horizon. But in
my opinion it's not a disadvantage. If you have implemented your own real
horizon line, with buildings, trees, mountains and so on, then it is a great
tool to see when an object will just appear or disappear behind your horizon.
For me it is highly interesting, as in HNSKY the easy drawing of the horizon is
very realistic and perhaps the best amongst a lot of programs because of its
faithful display. As the line is very clearly distinct, seeing the already set
stars should be not a trouble.

Antoni

Newbie question

Good Afternoon,
I am just learning this program and would like to ask a
question. Is there a way to turn off the display below the horizon
line. I am looking at the altitude display and I can see everything
below my horizon line

Thanks
Bob Anderson

Hi Thangarajan, Displaying the real horizon is not time related, so it doesn't depend on seasons. Only the starred sky changes with time. Of course you have...
