Homeschool Nature Study of Southeast Texas was formed for homeschool families in the Houston metropolitan area. The primary purpose is to facilitate member families getting out together in nature and having enjoyable learning experiences. Through e-mail discussions, members may also share information about local nature spots and the study of nature in general. It is hoped that this will promote nature study as a valuable part of their homeschool science curriculum.
