Rational ClearCase help (or config).....

Hi, everyone. Please forgive any ignorant HS
wording/explanation. I'm trying to integrate HS 4.5.2 with our
ClearCase change management process. The problem I am
having is that the ClearCase functionality is available
in the top, folder window, but not in the file
window, below. Can I combine the 2? Does anyone know how
to perform a work-around? Thanks in advance for any
assistance.
