Hi Ed,

Sounds to me like you or someone else has clicked on the buttons next to the
gutter that toggle these options. The Tag Completion toggle button is the
third from the bottom, and the Tag Insight button is the fourth from the
bottom. Try clicking on them and then see Homesite performs the way you
thought it should.

I have never seen a faint grey line, so I can't help you there.

Subject: [HomeSite] Lost auto tag closer and other problems


Starting this AM (10/28) when I type a tag on the page,it no longer
automatically closes. And when I go inside the tag and space, I used
to get a table pop up with a selection of things to go inside the
tag, such as bgcolor, width etc. Now it does not show up.

What do I need to do to get these operations working again. I am
using WinME, HomeSite 4.5.1.

Everything was working yesterday but not today.

Also as a separate problem, I get a faint gray
line just off center to the right and I can move it to the edge of
the page. I would like to get rid of it permanently. It looks like a
leftover line that came with a help window that opened on that side
of the page once. HELP
