I can't say about version 4, as I haven't changed either. It fills my
needs quite nicely so far, as I don't do anyting in Cold Fusion or XML
and I don't use Dreamweaver. (I don't see why Allaire decided to sell
out to Macromedia, if they had any choice about it.)

There are workarounds, though, to your problem. A Q&D one would be
laying a code snippet into the editor, then simply clicking on it for
as many times as you have list elements; the <li></li> pair will be
automagically inserted. Another would be to assign a keyboard
shortcut in the Customize menu. If you try that, though, go over the
current list carefully to make sure you don't use something that you
may want already.
