Can HomeSite 4.5.2 be setup to run in a limited user account on WinXP?

I would imagine yes, but certain permissions have to be granted.
HomeSite works fine in Admin type accounts, so I would image my
statement is correct. I just need to know the details of the permissions
to grant. The error message received when attempting to open HS in a
limited user account is as follows:

| Exception EOleError in module homesite45.exe at 000803AC. Error Creating
| system registry entry.
