Dear Network,

The time has come for both Danny and I, who comprise the Consulate of
the Avis-Pirum Network (an association of groups which this is a
member of) to rejuvenate and restore these groups, hopefully with the
cooperation and contribution of fellow members. In order for this
process to begin, we have taken several measures to ensure the
passage of reform.

The legislative body of the Network, Concordia, has been deleted. The
Constitution of the Network is suspended with immediate effect. Its
suspension will endure until a new Constution has been written; once
the Consulate is satisfied that the new draft Constitution is
complete, the old Constitution will be formally abolished, and
declared so on each Avis-Pirum group by the Consulate. The new
Constitution will be enacted exactly 24 hours from the abolition of
the old Constitution.

Long-term ambitions of the Consulate are to initiate a moderator
board on each group, which will assist with the running of the group
directly concerning them; new institutions to assist in the
governance of the Network will also be created. General plans are to
ensure new activity within the Network. Anyone who has further
quetions, or would like to apply to become a moderator of a group,
should contact the Consulate as soon as possible- either Danny Bird
(nefarious_bird@...) or myself, Jordan Perry,
(jmperry2008@...). This is the last message I shall post with
my 'jmperry2005uk' ID- from now on, I shall use my new 'jmperry2008'
ID.
