Hello Dr. Peres,
By way of introduction, I am Controller for Viscotek Corporation. We build scientific instruments for chemical analysis.
We have an administrative employee who has been put on light duty restriction because of a back injury -- not work related. In an attempt to comply with the list of restrictions given by the doctor, we have compiled a list of daily tasks for this person to perform. As a precautionary step, we would like to have someone do a risk assessment of these tasks. Any assistance you could provide with finding a resource for this would be greatly appreciated.
