Take a look at Carl's Table and the accompanying chair from Anthro:

Anthro makes some great desks:  I had a couple when I was with Schlumberger and had a terrific department head.

There was also this chair-desk combination that I saw advertised once primarily for gaming.  Unfortunately, I can't find a picture or a reference, but the general idea was sort of a combination of one of those zero gravity recliners from relax the back and a tubular circular rig suspending several large LCDs, a keyboard surface,and a mousing surface in the right place (and very adjustable).
