We have a hepa air cleaner that we keep running in the bed room. It helps drown out the hum a lot!

Have read about that kind of stuff also, JD. There's so much bs on the net that it's a cr*p shoot as far as filtering truth out of most of it, IMO. Supposedly, disinformation does contain some bits of truth that is thrown in, in order to get a person interested, and to keep them interested.
Along the same lines that you mention, have you searched the words 'electronic harassment' or 'gang stalking' ? There are several websites that discuss that stuff. Is the intent to plant fear or are they realistic assessment of what some are experiencing?
The outside of my ears have been itching really really badly today, ever since about 4pm EST this afternoon. VERY ANNOYING. Anyone else having that problem today? The hum has been an off and on annoyance for just about all day. But that waaaWWAAwahWAAWAAwawawa sound has not been too bad today. Been "experimenting" with strategically placed neodymium magnets. :)
