"Watering the seed" is code language for sending energy to the
thought-form or prayer picture you've already sent.

Doing the full Ha Rite involves creating the prayer picture,
energizing it, and sending it to the High Self for manifestation. The
Ha Rite done properly need only be done ONE TIME because once you've
sent the picture ... it's there.

The "daily watering" refers to accumulating a surcharge of mana
regularly and sending it to "reinforce" the prayer picture. There's
no need to re-create the picture ... just send mana to be used for
that purpose.

You put it out of mind by returning to your daily routine and
thinking about other things ... even when you're "watering" your
focus is on accumulating and sending mana rather than dwelling on the
outcome.

I received a beautifully simple method for how to put it out of your
mind from another subscriber. Here it is ...

>Aloha kaua e Vince,
>My name is Brother Joseph Nu'uanu, S.M.
>writing from our monastery in Cupertino, CA.
> I came across your reply re: Step 4. …
>I just wanted to say that I found a way years

>old young woman in a recovery program who
>emptied her Kleenex box to write "God
>Box/Higher Power" all over it. Whenever

>she couldn't handle she wrote it out unedited
>on any piece of paper she found, stuffed it in
>the box and walked away, saying "I give it
>over to you, Higher power, that's where it
>stays." For her it was a physical reminder, an
>action of her thoughtful intent. She did this
>often throughout the day if necessary. By the
>end of the week she'd emptied her box. Burnt
>the papers and continued with her life.
>I began doing the same thing when I had difficulty
>running my soup kitchen in San Jose--paying food,

>"If not this, then something better." And as one
>of your members said.....go out, do somethings...
>stitch. Feeding others was the best way for me.
>It enhanced selflessness and ameliorated selfishness.
>Being a monk doesn't free me from the vicissitudes
>of life but it does help me to keep a prayer-
>connection with Ke Akua to maintain PONO.

Give it a try.
