Here is an instant Secret Meditation MANA Generator technique that I
gave back in 1998 at the World Huna Convention in Santa Fe NM.
It uses a Secret form of Meditation, breathing, timing and a 3rd eye
Chakra Clairvoyant technique.
The more you use it, the easier it gets and the better it works.
So, if you are tired, or mentally dull...
1. Decide that you want a surcharge of energy...and the purpose that
you want it. "I am tired, I don't want to be tired. I want to be
wide awake, totally alert and moving good"...
2. Now tell your unconscious mind what you are going to do..."So I
am going to do Mana Breathing that will instantly recharge my mind,
body and morements"...
Then do the following.
3. Stand with your feet about shoulders width apart...arms stretched
out to the sides...palms facing upwards at about a 45 degree angle.
4. (If you are a man breath in from the sky, if a woman breath in
from the earth) Take a deep, slow breath in through the nose...
5. Pause about 1-2 seconds...
6. Release the breath through the open mouth with a "haaaaaaaaaaa"
sound...
7. Pause about 1-2 seconds...
8. Take the second breath in the same exact way.
You'll notice that the second breath actually relaxes the mind and
body...The first breath does nothing except prepare the way for the
second breath.
9. On the third in-breath (once the breathing is going correctly),
add the 3 eye Medition Chakra drill to it.
See/feel/hear the breath go into the nose, down to the tan tien, and
then spread upwards throughout the body, energizing the entire body
and 8 energy fields with vital force.
I use colors, a golden energy cloud along with a tingling sensation,
a fine vibration...
10. Pause about 1-2 seconds...
11. On the out-breath (again through the mouth), visualize all the
stress and tiredness being expelled out from your lungs, from your
Chakras, and from your psychic centers. I use colors, dark cloudy...
12. And I continue doing so for about 1-2 minutes...
13. Then I tell myself, "I am totally energized, my mind is clear,
wide awake and moving good...so I'm going to take one more deep
breath and as I exhale I will be wide awake, knowing it is
true...Wide AWAKE, FEELING FINE, FEELING BETTER THAN BEFORE, and it
IS SO!
Then "zip-in" that new and better feeling/awareness 3 times up the
front of the body (Central Meridian), and up the rear of the body
and down the top of the head (Governing Meridian) 3 times.
"I am alert, wide awake and moving good!"
And, the drill WORKS EVEN BETTER if you state the "magic words"
OUTLOUD.
