I added the "syndicated xml option" to
http://hooponopono.net and http://hunablog.com so you
can easily receive content updates in My Yahoo!,
Newsgator, Bloglines, and other news readers.

Just click on the "Subscribe to this Blog!" link on
the right side of the page.
