Here is an example of an excellent prayer request to the Telepathic Mutual Healing Group, along with my suggestions for making it even more effective.

... so when you take away her negative self image and self-destructive urges, you DO want to replace them with a positive self-image and life-affirming urges.
Now, since you know her, go ahead get started by describing all of her positive traits to me (not "those" ;-> ... but the ones you appreciate most because they tell you she is a good person) ... and pay attention to the energy shift.
