Vinit, Which platform are you using (W2K, W2K3, etc)? In most cases, you can go to Control Panel -> Regional Option and configure IME you want. Hope this helps...

Phil, NCRs in HTML are always in terms of Unicode. The local encoding of the file isn't the issue (except in figuring out which Unicode character you have)....
