Internet4Change (i4c) is building an online agency for grassroots change in Africa.

Our mission is to deliver practical information to online and offline African consumers, about free and low-cost resources, global ideas, and realistic online opportunities that can help to improve the quality of life in Africa.

Our programs planned for 2005 and beyond include:

- training programs and sponsorships
- skilled employment opportunities
