New to the group. I have a question. I was reviewing an icreate
project regarding subtitles that I found intriguing. In it I
discovered I could import txt files with delimited text for my
subtitles. My question is this, in the format below the video file is
only 1 minute long but the format looks like it goes for an hour. The
format is below:

01:00:11:24

Can someone tell me what the format stands for? Is the 24 the frame?
According to this, the video file location for the would be 1 hour, no
minute, 11 seconds, at frame 24.

I've pasted the entire text file from the tutorial below.

$FontName = Charcoal
$FontSize = 24
$Bold = FALSE
$FadeIn = 2 // In number of Frames
$FadeOut = 2 // In number of Frames

01:00:11:24 , 01:00:16:01 , So you see, it's not going to go away, is
it Pamela?
01:00:16:01 , 01:00:22:12 , Robin, you don't have to do this. I don't
think I can handle this on my own.
01:00:22:22 , 01:00:25:21 , And Arthur's only just come home.
01:00:25:21 , 01:00:33:00 , I do think you're being a bit
unreasonable. The police did say I haven't actually done anything wrong.
01:00:34:14 , 01:00:35:22 , Couldn't we just...?
01:00:39:07 , 01:00:42:07 , Excuse me, is this the house in the newspaper?
01:00:42:17 , 01:00:44:17 , Filthy drug whore!
01:00:47:21 , 01:00:50:10 , Bloody hell!
