OK I put in a request with the Apple Discussion Moderators but then I
started to play around with the links and I think I figured out the
right links. I am at work right now, so I downloaded something (.sit
files) but being that I am on a Windows machine I can not check the
files right now.
Here are the links...
iDVD Companion direct download link I think is...
http://www.apple.com/applescript/archive/idvd/idvd_companion/iDVDCompanion3.app.\
sit
and the Sequential Movie Droplet (which I thought sounded interesting) is
here...

Oops, just discovered that the links provides are dead. D'oh!
I'll keep looking. I will check with the Apple Discussion moderators and see if
any of those Apple employees know where to find them.

Hello, I have lost access to iDVD Companion and need another copy if
someone could email it or better yet, upload it to the Files page of
the iDVD Yahoo group. See http://tech. groups.yahoo. com/group/ iDVD/files/
Prior to iLife '08, Apple used to provide access to their free
Applescript- created utility called iDVD Companion.
With iDVD Companion, users could finesse the final positions of menu
elements in iDVD-created DVD menus, such as button positions, arrow
positions, and other iDVD menu elements.
Apparently the newest edition of iDVD allows that kind of positioning,
which makes iDVD Companion obsolete--so Apple removed it from their
website.
I have not upgraded to iLife '08 because I like iMovie '06 and have
heard nothing good about iMovie '08--thus my continued use of iDVD '06
and the need for iDVD Companion.
Can anyone supply a copy?
Thanks.
