I think you can't trap this key & many more such windows shortcut keys. Try catching Ctrl + c, you can't. You will be able to trap c + Ctrl but not ctrl + c :)...
You can trap ctrl+c by using the trap on an enter frame or setInterval rather than adding a listener to a Key. Not a great technique, but it does work ... ;) ...
