Good Morning Kerri,

We ran our report before the end of the year and it
was fine, but PS needs to do something about this
situation. Please send them an email telling them
that this is an issue that needs to be addressed. We
are tying to run transcripts and cum labels with
attendance on them from previous years and the
attendance won't show up. The transcripts need to
have attendance for each year on it. We sent them an
email letting them know that this needs to be fixed.
I don't know if it will help, but if we are going to
be expected to electronically transfer transcripts
some time in the future this needs to be addressed.
I know this doesn't help you now, but if enough people
email these issues to them, hopefully something will
done about it.

We are on the phone with tech support for hours at a
time with problems that will need to be fixed.
