Thanks for your kind information. It seems that
SPRACHcore is not a right tool for me to use, but I
will give it a try for Cigwin.

To the best of my knowledge, we haven't run SPRACHcore on Windows since Win98. SPRACHcore tools were developed on Solaris, and work fine on Linux. I believe...
