If yes, you may be just the type of individual we’re seeking to fill our Online
Community Blogger /writer position, based in Karachi or Lahore office,
Play a key role in creating a vibrant online community for promoting the
company among social networking bloggs and community. Help shape our company
presence into a leader on excellence, building links with influential bloggers
and other communities. Help establish the company as the leading developer for
social netwroking tools and application in the digital age.
You will attract, facilitate and moderate content on all new upcoming web sites
of ours as well as our client. Your goal will be to increase awareness about the
company’s or its clients application among bloggers and build and sustain
engagement of sales leads and relations with other companies
You will discover, edit and craft cutting edge, thought-provoking content on
social networking media and communities. You’ll be responsible for convening
online discussions and social networking activities that increase visibility for
the company or its client website/ products and support the companies
activities.

You’ll be the companies’ point person for the needs, opportunities, trends and
current digital, web and electronic media issues in the communications fields.
Knowledge of journalism and communications, especially digital media, is
essential. You should have excellent writing skills and passion about social
networking, journalism and entrepreneurship. You should be a social network
builder; be energetic, positive, and able to create an online presence with a
recognizable tone and style; be viewed as a thought leader in the blogosphere.
You must have an understanding of current web, computer and multimedia systems,
techniques and processes at a level that gives you proficiency in creating and
managing Web 2.0 content.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of directly
related work experience is required.
