1. Mobile Phone (J2EE Developer)
 
A senior mobile  phone or  Apple(Iphone or Mobile ) developer/engineer familiar
with iPhone technology to serve as a Team lead and R&D engineer. Candidates must
be experienced with object-oriented programming development and demonstrate
proven ability writing code.

• A minimum of 2-4 years general development experience

• A minimum 2 years industry experience developing mobile applications.

• Good communication skills

• The capability to perform full life cycle development.

• Strong UI and graphics programming experience

• Experience working with latest technologies: XML, SOAP, WAP, HTTP, TCP/IP.

• Experience in more than one mobile environment or experience with J2ME is a
plus.

Additionally, a successful candidate for this position must possess deep
technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

* C++ development and design
* Cocoa development and design
* Compiler and debugger technologies and techniques
* Web-based application development, design, and debugging
* Mobile device application development
* Performance analysis and optimization

2. New Business Development
We are looking for a money-motivated Sales Consultant to join our Offshore sales
team. We are looking for someone who can prospect aggressively online and answer
phone querries from foreign buyer, identify value-added opportunities and sell
solutions for  human resource (developer, designer,  QA etc) needs. The person
in this position will be responsible for the consultative selling of (software
developers, system anlayst, designer etc) outsource personnel services . We
provide the vehicle for the this New Business Development Manager to persevere
and become the best in the industry .. and compensate accordingly. Some one
working for a current software house as marketing or sales  position will be
preferred
 
Essential Functions:
* Call or prospect through email  on business owners & decision makers  to
explain how  we can take their company to the next level
* Complete required paperwork in a timely manner and finalize new client
contracts
* Correspond and converse in the night to our overseas buyers.
*  Accomplish independently  sales goals determined by management
 
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Sales Consultant/HR Outsource Services
* At least 2 years of B2B Technology HR selling services experience in a local
or foreign Software company
* Successful and stable sales track record
* Aggressive prospecting ability for new business
* A winning attitude
