Skills required:

1. 8-10 years of experience in the full software development cycle
2. Should have strong and relevant technical experience in Java, J2EE
and should have hands on experience in the same
3. Very thorough understanding of performance issues in Web based
systems (Browsers, Web Server, App. Servers)
4. Excellent technical background in Web technologies
5. Knowledge of object oriented design and new technologies
6. Should have worked on large scale web applications
7. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
8. Excellent problem solving ability and should be an absolute team
player
