Requirement # 1:

Development Manager:
Experience: 8+

• History of demonstrated leadership on large complex projects
and is a problem solver as well as technical innovator.
• Demonstrates independence, initiative, and creativity and the
ability to understand the company's architecture and business goals.
• Previous experience working with teams across continental
boundaries.
• Experience with Java.
• Well versed in object oriented software development.

Requirement # 2:

Product Engineer:
Experience: 4 – 5 yrs

• Solid command of OOD principles / Design patterns
• Extremely competent in Java
• Very strong design/architectural skills
• Extensive experience working with XML parsers
• Database experience: SQL, Oracle, schema design, query
optimization, migration.
• Experience in developing user interface code (JSP, Struts,
Servlets, HTML, Tomcat, and HTTP)
• Domain experience in enterprise software, financial software,
ERP systems, or eCommerce solutions
• Knowledge and experience working with a B2B solution


Requirement # 3

Senior Consultant Engineer / Lead:
Experience: 5 – 8

• Product development experience with strong understanding of
object-oriented methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in Java and J2EE, HTML-based web
technologies and relational database products.
• Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to read and
code review complex code bases written by others.
• Database query optimization experiences a plus.

Requirement # 4:

Program Manager
Experience: 7 -12 yrs

• Previous experience in development, quality assurance, tech
support / sustaining engineering or program management
• Experience with bug tracking tools (experience with Siebel a
plus )
• Experience with Business Objects , or other business
analytics tool a plus
• Knowledge/experience in relevant domains like Procurement and
Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
