hi,
nothing really, you can just put any unicode character in the string and the
JVM and OS will do the rest.
if you want to write persian JSP files you should also set page content to
UTF-8 or UCS.

btw win2k is windows 2000 (k stands for kilo and used instead of 1000 some
times)
