Hi Suju,

 

You can report on your historical PO activity by using Crystal reports.  Depending upon what information you need to see, you’ll probably want to use the following tables in your report:  POFOM (PO header), POFOD (PO line items), and POFRT (Receipt transactions).

Hi everyone
I was trying to get a report of purchase history by vendor, but the report was only showing purchase orders that dated prior to 2005. I went onto the support notes and saw that I need to run PO month end update before the PO history would show up. My dilema is that when I read about the PO month end update, it looks like all my POs will be deleted once I run the update. I don't want the POs to be deleted, but I do want to have a report where we can see how our vendors are doing in regards to ontime delivery and RMAs. Any suggestions out there?
