Having problems with message search?

We used Omnify at my last company but with an ERP system called Aremis from Fourth Shift. It's not a bad product and a good alternative to the higher priced Agile package. There are a lot of parallels between the Expandable and the Fourth Shift product so it shouldn't be difficult to integrate. My current company has Expandable but not Omnify. We use the ECO module religiously and developed a web based php viewer that works really well filling in the cracks through an intranet based dashboard to view BOMS, part specs, searches, ECO's. etc. I'm happier with this than I was with Omnify.
