DATA_CONVERSION( minor_code, completed) I get minor_code = 1398079493; I can't locate this code in the SystemExceptions / minor_code reference in the manual

... It doesn't implement IIOP 1.1, so I'd be careful about accepting it. Shouldn't the server downgrade to 1.0 automatically if the client sends a request

Thanks for the reply. Yes. Actually my client code is lifted from the example in ILUHOME/examples/naming. The only differences were that I was using Strings
