I have put up the same entry at the ubuntu-devel-discuss and have had
some encouraging feedback and comments off-line the list. But as far
as other distributions are concerned, I don't know whether they have
the same issues or some different issues which I don't know about
(social, technical etc.) . Those would only be known by people who
take part in those communities. Also it wouldn't be fair. The idea is
simply for people to break out their silence if they have this feeling
or spell out what issues they face when dealing with/in FOSS
groups/communities.
