I spoke to Sriram (COO) of Primora for meets.

He has asked for our requirements.
I could think of
1. Projector
2. Board
3. Internet
4. 20 seats
5. Availability on alternate weekends (preferred sunday)

Anything to add?

Also, I'd like to know if everyone supports exploring for new venue.

I am not sure if they have confirmed. Unfortunately I am currently not able to
access the mail server which was used to mail Primora.



Weekend meets would be great. If not all weekends, at least alternate ones.



Is OU open for frequent weekend meets?

If not may be we can also approach Govt. Institute of Electronics in
Secunderabad (mukt.in 2007 venue). They have the auditorium redone; it may be
closed on sunday though. That makes saturday as an alternative.



Anyway, this is if OU isn't open for frequent meets. I guess they would be :)

I believe Antano Solar John is doing his "Learn" [1] program on August



23/24, 2008 in Hyderabad (not sure the place)?



If possible, I would prefer weekend meet-ups not just to catch up,



but, discuss, talk, code et. al.
