They plan on using the current building for construction offices up until the last minute and then will be tearing them down right away prior to opening the hospital.

I read this morning that Clarion Hospitals has purchased the practically
abandoned Deer Creek outlet mall near the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater
(Noblesville) with plans of tearing the strip mall buildings down and
building a hospital on the property. Someone with the INIAAI chapter should
contact Clarion to see if that building could be used for fire investigation
training before the bulldozers take it down. It's a large building and
could offer many different burn scenarios.
