Allegient is looking for a full time Java Lead. We are looking for
the following:

-Assisting with project planning task estimation, and task assignment
-Performing code and design reviews
-Conducting and following up on status meetings with team, and with
project leadership
-Identifying and escalating team and project related issues
-Acting as a senior technical advisor and domain expert for the
project team
-Ensuring QA through process development, refinement and enforcement

Requirements:

-JUnit testing experience
-JSP development using JSTL
-Struts expereience
-Javascript
-Java development and J2EE design patterns
