If you have a problem and are new to this group, you first need to join the group. Because of some spammers I first need to approve your membership. Please try to be as clear as possible on your problem. A mail with "does not work" does not work for us.

This page is for IS4Y-users and by IS4Y-users. If you have a problem, first search the messages of the last two months, before posting. If possible, refer to an older message. Also try to find answers on http://help.yahoo.com/help/intsync/ and http://pumatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/pumatech.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php which have a lot of answers.

**Rules for posting**
You have to give at least the following information:
The version of IntelliSync, your windowsversion, name and version of the program you want to sync (Palm, Outlook, etc.) and other information like firewalls.
You can find the version of IS4Y by doing the following:
- Go to "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Intellisync for Yahoo!"
- Right-click "IS4Yahoo.exe" and select properties
- Go to the versiontab and there you see something like "Fileversion: 1.0.1.12".
You also may find versioninformation in "YahooSettings.cfg" in that same directory: "Major Version=1, Minor Version=1, Revision=9", but that information is not always correct.

**replying**
- If you reply, do a "reply-all", to let other users know your answer too. Don't reply to the group only, because some users chose only te receive personal mail.
- If you have ideas for this group, please contact me.
