Okay 2 things...

1. Can someone please forward me a contract specifically designed
for database programmers.

2. When someone is about to hire a DB programmer, how can I get them
to send me their work.

First off, most of them are telling me they are DB designers as well
& I had one programmer tell me "yeh right", so should I get them to
design me a dummy screenshot or something?

How do you go about screening for this.

The programming part I'm sure I can check thru their references &
such correct?

3. Is there any trick questions I should ask a DB programmer to
ensure he/she knows their stuff & isn't giving me the run around?

4. One DB programmer wants to use Fox Pro while another said it's
outdated, yet MS is coming out with a new version soon from what I
hear. He said he can make it a self extracting executable file so
they wouldn't have to buy Fox Pro.

The other option is Access.
