Hello everyone,

I'm one of these few people who is not trying to sale anything to you,
but I would like to encourage all webmasters and website owners to
participate in a link exchange program which I'll explain during this
email.

But first, let me introduce myself.

My name is Gary Vine and I run Gary Vine Associates which can be found
at www.gvaonline.co.uk. My site has over 1,000 web pages, with varied
topics, and I currently receive about 400 home page hits a week.

What I want to do is set up a 4 or 5 page website which will be a
simple designed white background website. This site will hopefully
contain 50 websites based on anything and based anywhere in the world.
The only exception to this rule is that sites must not be illegal or
contain pornographic material.

With this mini site we all place two links at the bottom of our home
page stating "PARTNERS LINK 2 " AND "PARTNERS LINK 2" which you will
obviously link to the website containing all these websites. It's best
to link to this page and select open in new window so it keeps your
site active.

What will this do? Basically, search engines, especially yahoo and
google follow sites by sites and the more sites listed on your website
promoting external sites has a better chance of being more higher
ranked in the search engines with the keywords that are targeted at
your site.

What do I need to do? Firstly, all you have to do is one thing - just
send me a email with the subject "ONE WAY LINK EXCHANGE" and provide a
list of all your websites within the email - also provide a small 20 -
30 word paragraph about your website.

We would like to receive all emails by 8pm by this Saturday so we can
build the mini site Saturday night, and be able to send the details to
you on sunday morning.

What else do I need to do? Just three things!

Put a link on your home page called "Link Partners 1" and "Link
Partners 2"
Add the following Meta Tag to your home page. Name = robot, value =
index, follow. This is a meta tag that search engines use and
understand to follow your site, and they will crawl all your links and
the link partners page and crawl all the links listed on there which
will be all the link partners.
Upload the files I will send you containing the mini website. It is
important that you do not upload these into a folder and keep them in a
top directory without changing anything, especially the links. I will
upload the site to my webspace as a zip file for you to download and
upload on your site.
No-one has got anything to lose here with this one off program I am
setting up and it will help us all in hopefully getting higher in the
search engines.

If you have fifty websites then send them all to me with a description.
There is absolutely no maximum limit. For example I will be posting at
least 10 of my sites to this page. I orriginally stated that I plan to
highlight 50 sites, but the more the better for every website contained.

On a final note, please make just 10 - 20 minutes in sending me your
URL's so I can put this together Saturday evening and post you the
details early Sunday morning, and then we can all submit our sites to
the search engines within the same week, which I'll provide a link for
(it won't cost anything) and then will see what happens and see if we
can all increase traffic.
