OK, I've decided that I have to get out of the hot seat.

I've chosen Glen Daniels of Allaire as my successor. I made him the owner of
this list, of course he's fee to pass that on to anyone else you may choose.
If traction happens, UserLand will happily participate in whatever interop
plan you guys come up with. Jake Savin is our guy for SOAP interop, his
email is jake@....

I'll leave the plan where it is for now, in case you want to use it as a
reference or a source for ideas for whatever new plan you guys come up with.
I don't have the time or temperment to take on this additional
responsibility, it could only have worked if there was an instant consensus.
That was my thought going into it, and that's how I still feel.

I'm cc'ing this to various people I had been working with to arrange the
public presentations and sponsorship.
