Issue with images and LDAP   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #20970 of 21867 |
We have ldap all integrated and it seemed that everything was working well for
awhile. But starting this week(no changes to the server as far as I can
ascertain), images checked into secure groups are requiring a UCM login to view
them.

This is not the case with other types of content.

We are using Stellent 7.5

An example is this: the following is the url for a checked in image:
http://myserver.com/stellent/groups/mygroup/documents/native
/gi_001033.gif(happens with jpeg files too)
which is requiring a second login(and I have created a page to display my roles
and everything is correct there)

BUT the following is a checked in Word doc(I have also done txt files):
http://myserver.com/stellent/groups/mygroup/documents/native/gi_001754.doc
which has no problem being accessed without prompting for additional
authentication.

I cannot say for sure that this has not been happening since LDAP was installed,
because very few pages in this site have images on them, so we may have skipped
those pages when we tested the LDAP install.

Any clues?

Thanks in advance,
Chris
