It's probably fair to say that we've all heard of card sorting--and that

many user experience people have first-hand experience with it.  But as

familiar as it is, there's not much out there--beyond a few book chapters

and articles--that takes a deeper, more nuanced look at how to use the

method and what to do with the data.  We hope that Donna's book fills the
