Sorry it took so long to get back to you, just
got back from vacation.<br><br>I first spoke to my
patent lawyer in December of 1997, so it has been a
while. We applied for a Provisional Patent first that
was good for a year and gave us "patent pending
status". Before the year was up we applied for a full
patent.<br><br>Yes the process is expensive, I dought that I would
go through it again. When I get the nerve to add it
all up, I will post the full process and
cost.<br><br>One of our members is a patent lawyer, maybe he
wouldn't mind giving us some ideas on procedures and
