Because of my long time web exposure on my own and others' web sites, my old e-mail addresses were widely distributed to spam lists. Indeed, I can receive upwards to 700 e-mails a day, mostly spam. Because of the huge volume, I am almost always behind and am spending way too much time trying to sort out the "real" mail from the junk. Often I fail and lose mail I should read. Gmail is my solution (I hope).
