Hi Rob,

It is stored in file FileInfoLibPrefs.txt
which is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Adobe\XMP
and in
C:\Documents and Settings\<your name>\Application Data\Adobe\XMP
(or equivalent in Mac ;-))
it is an XML/RDF file; you can edit it but I have not seen any Adobe
documentation on this file
