Yes it does appear something is either binding or slipping in that wheel but at least it still has power. FYI I have not found any more new hidden routines...

The popping sound is the clutch engaging, I guess. The clutch engages when the i-Que gets "stuck" so there's something binding it (like on my i-Que "Unit 2"...
