a user interface designer.

POSITION: User Interface Designer





Game-Stream is hiring an experienced User Interface/Graphic Designer
to customize all 2D elements for 3rd party games including the
controls, menus and all other presentation elements.



In this role, you will be working with some of the biggest titles in
gaming across multiple genres on both PC and console platforms. The
goal is to get these games ready for deployment on 3G mobile handsets
using Game-Stream's groundbreaking mobile gaming platform.



You will also be responsible for designing the software tool used to
implement your game design.



Requirements:

Should have proven 2D graphic design skills.
Should be proficient in Photoshop and Premier.
Should have knowledge of graphic design theory and the principles of
human interface design and their application.
You should have some game development experience and be an avid gamer.
A related degree in Graphic Design or Fine Art is preferred.
Experience in interfacing with product development teams is required.
Experience in mobile applications (particularly games) is preferred.


Other responsibilities include:

Creation and implementation of game rules and user interfaces that
facilitate ever-illusive gameplay.
Participation in the development of gameplay prototypes.
Communication with other team members regarding ideas, features and
systems.
Development of game design and design tool documentation.
Collaboration in defining creative vision and technical specification
for gaming system.
