Please see my article in Asian Age, Op Ed page, issue of Tue, 17 Feb
2009, that the Indian govt should provide funds to the Indian Navy for
its rapid expansion. The Indian Navy should try to bring all of the
Indian Ocean under its hegemony, and control the maritime choke points
from the Straits of Hormuz to the Straits of Malacca.
